The Slide series of images were taken after the heaviest rainfalls Norther NSW has seen - the historically unprecedented Lismore and Northern Rivers floods. Thousands of homes were destroyed in the natural disaster. Trent took these images after the deluge devastaed schools and communities across teh area. Hope is alive and well, thanks to the local kids who saw the rain as an opportunity for fun - these school kids hit a local grassy hill for two days straight with all sorts of surf craft and blow-up toys sending it down the muddy slopes!
