Imogen Grist

Imogen Grist is a director. She’s also a master of all-trades and “Jack” to nobody. Imogen’s background in graphic design, photography and music means that she has a true multi-disciplinary approach to each of her projects. Through her bold use of colour, detailed set-builds, kaleidoscopic collages and off-the-wall art direction she has a chameleon-like ability to switch her stripes for spots from project to project whilst always marrying these sensory, visual experiences with focused performances and off-beat storytelling.

Imogen took home Silver at the Shots Creative ‘Music Video of the Year’ Awards, building on the momentum of her ‘New Director of the Year’ nomination in 2022. Notably, in 2020, Imogen directed a music video for PNAU that earned an ARIA nomination, and she has consistently been a finalist in multiple editions of the CLIPPED Music Video Festival since 2018.
